What the public preview does
Prediction Protector is currently a public Practice preview. It lets a member explore the account, position-selection, and rule-setting experience with sample and practice data.
It is not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. The public preview does not connect market accounts, accept Kalshi API credentials, receive trading instructions, or submit orders.
Who may use it
Use the preview only if you may use it where you are located and can form an account under the final terms when they are published. Do not share an account, password, or access with another person.
You remain responsible for checking the rules that apply to you before relying on any future real-money functionality, including a market provider’s current terms and applicable laws or limits.
Your responsibility in the preview
- Use a unique, private password for your account.
- Do not submit a market API key, private key, payment detail, or trading instruction; the preview does not require them.
- Treat sample positions, prices, and practice results as illustrative, not market information.
- Monitor any market account independently; the preview is not a market dashboard.
- Read the risk disclosure before deciding whether future functionality would be appropriate for you.
No guarantee of service or outcome
The preview can be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, misconfigured, or changed. No representation is made that it will remain available or that a future feature will be released.
A future real-money service, if developed, could be affected by network issues, provider availability, market movement, order-book conditions, and other factors. This preview does not promise a future service, order submission, fill, loss prevention, or any particular result.
Access plans and payments
The preview may display Free account, Premium Day Pass, or Premium Monthly product concepts. Payments are not connected, and these displays are not offers for sale or active subscriptions.
A future paid version would need to clearly state price, duration, renewal behavior, cancellation, refund treatment, payment provider, and scope before a user is charged. No statement on this draft page creates a paid subscription, payment-processing right, or promise that a listed plan will be available.
What still needs completion
Final terms should identify the legal operator, contact channel, effective date, governing terms, dispute process, permitted territories, data practices, and any commercial/provider approvals that apply. They should be reviewed and versioned before a broader release.
